ABOUT THE FOUNDATION
Founded back in 2013, we are the Central Valley leading kidney patient support charity, driven to provide practical, financial and emotional support for kidney patients and their families and campaigning to improve care services and achieve easier access to health care.
We are volunteers, doctors, donors, patients and many other caring individuals, inspired to aid and support, working together with the single purpose of serving the local community.
